Bonsoir,
Ils ne répondront pas. En revanche je me suis en relation avec l'agence qui développe l'appli et c'est déjà plus réactif
Je vous colle mes échanges avec eux :
This I don't know. But it seems that the MIA system is exactly the same between the 2019 and the 2020 model.

Hi Julien,
Thank you so much for providing such detailed info on this issue, including the Android devices you used, that will definitely help!
One last question for you, then I’ll forward our updated conversation to the rest of the DTales team to proceed with their investigation: in your original e-mail, you mentioned that several other people face the same issue with the V4-MP app, but do you also happen to know if they all own an Aprilia 2020 Shiver or different bike models?
Thanks again,
Alessandra Tomasina

Hi Alessandra,
First thank you for coming back to me.
Let met expand exactly on what's going on.
Here are the steps I'm following when trying to use the map feature:
1 Starting the bike
2 Launching V4 MP app
3 clicking on map icon
4 clicking on the magnifier icon
5 searching for the location I wish to reach
6 clicking on the start button.
At this moment the app is communicating with the bike and the dashboard switches
to the GPS screen, displaying the indications.
But after 1 minute or so, the dashboard quits the GPS screen displaying a blue info message "Navigation interrupted"
On the application the map feature remains on. Meaning that it still guides me.
On the dashboard when I try to open again the GPS screen (2 sec right press on the handlebar mode button) it does
not display indications anymore. The application is still connected to the bike since it can display telemetry.
If I wish to make it work again, I have to quit the application, relaunch it and go through the steps 2 to 6 again, just to see it quits
after 1 or 2 minutes again and so on.
The blue message the dashboard displays is the same as if I had stop navigation manually on the application.
For some reason the application stops streaming GPS indications to the dashboard by itself.
I have tried with 3 different Android phones (Samsung Note 10+, Huawei P20, Xiaomi Pocophone F2 Pro) and it behaves
exactly the same on the 3 devices.
Last but not least, I have installed the Moto-Guzzi application which is quite similar, and the navigation feature is working
flawlessly.
Many thanks for keeping me posted !
Ciao

Hi Julien,
The team hasn’t come back to me yet, but I’ve asked for an update and they told me they have been unable to reproduce the reported issue on our in-house devices so far.
We cannot test our app’s interoperability with a real Shiver, since Aprilia only provided the control unit to us for working on.
So could you be more specific regarding the problem you described below?
You wrote that a "Navigation interrupted” message is displayed on your bike’s dashboard, but what happens on the app itself?
Any additional detail which may help us understand what happens on your device when communicating with your bike?
Thank you for your support!
Kind regards,
Alessandra Tomasina

Hi,
I'm contacting you in relation with a bug me and several other people face with the V4-MP app you have developed for Aprilia.
Actually when I enter a location on v4-mp the indications show up on the dashboard of my 2020 Shiver, but after 1 mn or so the dashboard displays a blue message stating "Navigation interrupted".
Some other people face the same issue which is quite annoying taken into account that the Shiver is called Navigator.
The Moto-Guzzi application on the other hand is working fine even with an Aprilia bike.
Could you please tell me if you are aware of this issue and if you're willing to fix it ?
Many thanks
Best regards
